  3. Get 3 pcs chicken liver
  4. Prepare 1 bell pepper
  5. Get 1 chinese pechay
  6. Prepare 10 pcs young corn
  7. Prepare 1 caulliflower
  8. Prepare 1 tsp brown sugar
  9. Get 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  10. Take 2 tbsp olive oil
  11. Make ready 1/2 beef knorr cubes
  12. Take 15 pcs snowpeas
  13. Prepare 1 medium carrot
  14. Get 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  15. Prepare Pepper
  16. Take Pinch Salt
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp Soy

Instructions to make Gerd friendly Chopsuey:
  1. Boil the quail eggs until cooked. Remove the cover.
  2. Blanch the caulliflower, carrots, and snowpeas. Set aside.
  3. Cook the chicken breast separate pan with olive oil. Add beef cube and 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
  4. Add the chiken liver until cooked.
  5. Add the water from blanching vegies and bring to boil.
  6. Add the young corn and bell pepper
  7. Add oyster sauce, pepper, sugar and quail eggs.
  8. Add the remaining vegies. After a minute, dilute the flour in a half cup of water and add to the pan.
  9. Bring to boil. Do not overcok the vegies. Add salt to taste.
  10. Ready to serve.
