Steps to make Nduma&matoke:
  1. Add cooking oil in a cooking pot, add onions and cook until golden brown, and garlic, now add mix of arrow, potatoes, matoke and cover
  2. Add blended tomatoes and 2cups of water and let it simmer for 20min or until is ready, enjoy
