The ingredients needed to make Plain Matoke:
  1. Prepare 10 pcs
  2. Make ready Cooking oil
  3. Get 2 pc tomato
  4. Take Spring onion
  5. Make ready 2 cloves garlic
  6. Get cube Royco
  7. Get Capsicum
  8. Make ready Corriander

Steps to make Plain Matoke:
  1. Assemble all ingredients
  2. Peel your bananas and place under salty water
  3. Boil till soft
  4. Fry your onions, add garlic paste, then tomatoes, stir until you get a smooth paste, add royco cube and capsicum then salt, add your matoke, stir, add water and simmer for 5 minutes, add chop Corriander and remove from heat
  5. Serve

Some grains are really excellent for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are excellent at helping you feel better. They help you feel full as well which can truly help to improve your mood. It’s easy to feel a little bit off when you are starving! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are not difficult for your body to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is excellent for moods. You just knew it had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have found that this specific amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while also calming the rest of your body. You probably already knew it is not difficult to become healthy when you consume green tea. Now you know that green tea can improve your mood also!
