Steps to make Matoke beef #jikonichallenge:
  1. In a bowl mix half of all the spices,salt,Worcestershire sauce,ginger and the meat mix well n cover 30 mins to marinate.
  2. Heat pan,then add oil till smokey, add the meat and cook both sides till browned.
  3. Add onions n saute for 2 min's,add the remaining spices mix inn. Then add garlic cook for a min.
  4. Add tomatoes n cook covered for 3 mins on medium high heat to let them tender n release their juice.
  5. Add beef broth n simmer on low heat for 30 mins till meat is tender. Add the banana's and cook for another 15mins.
  6. Serve n enjoy.
