  1. Get 5 unpeeled raw bananas
  2. Get 1/2 kg meat
  3. Prepare 1 onion
  4. Make ready 2 large ripe tomatoes
  5. Take Cooking oil

Steps to make Fried matoke:
  1. Wash and boil the unpeeled bananas. Then remove the peels well.
  2. Fry the onions till brown, then add meat mix and add a little water to cook.
  3. Once meat is cooked add tomatoes and cover to cook.
  4. Add enough tomato paste and add salt then mix.
  5. Add the bananas and mix well. You can add soy sauce to brown and should be very tasty.
  6. Enjoy

These foods can help you feel full for longer also, which can help your mood too. It’s not difficult to feel a little bit off when you feel hungry! These grains can improve your mood because it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.
