Steps to make Stewed matoke with meat:
  1. Peel bananas and cut them in to cubes
  2. Chop all the ingredients for preparation
  3. First start by boiling meat until soft and tender
  4. Drain water and put oil with garlic and onions stir to golden brown
  5. Add tomatoes or tomato paste stir.
  6. Add peeled bananas stir
  7. Add salt, royco and water stir
  8. Add coriander and allow to boil until bananas is cooked
  9. Serve hot with cold mango juice

Grains can be great for overcoming a bad mood. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all excellent for helping you feel happier. They fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods as well. Feeling starved can be a real downer! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are not difficult for your body to digest and process. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You just knew green tea had to be in this article somewhere, right? Green tea is high in a specific amino acid called L-theanine. Studies prove that this particular amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time making the rest of your body more relaxed. You probably already knew it is not difficult to be healthy when you drink green tea. Now you are well aware that it helps you to lift your moods as well!
