Steps to make Matoke with beef:
  1. Peel the bananas and wash then chop the beef into pieces.
  2. Put the beef in a cooking pot and water and salt. cook the beef until tender.
  3. Add oil in the tender beef and heat then add onions. After 2 mins add tomatoes with carrots.
  4. Let it heat for 5 mins then add the bananas. stir the mixture. Then add the coriander leaves and add enough water.
  5. Cover the mixture and let cool until soft. if need be add some salt.
  6. Remove from heat and serve when hot.
