Instructions to make Coconut matoke #matokerecipe:
  1. Prepare your vegetables
  2. Fry the onion and dhania stems together until soft
  3. Add in your ginger, garlic, mixed spices and turmeric
  4. Add in your tomatoes and cook to a paste. Add in your coconut milk and salt to taste. This will allow the bananas to infuse the flavours while cooking.
  5. Add in your bananas and 1 cup of water. Allow to cook on low heat for 25 minutes
  6. The bananas should be cooked. Add in your dhania leaves.
  7. Simmer for 5 more minutes and serve. Kids and grown ups enjoy this.
