  1. Take Chkn half kg
  2. Prepare to taste Salt
  3. Get 2 tsp Soya sauce
  4. Get 2 tsp Vinegar
  5. Take 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Chilli sauce
  7. Get Chilli garlic sauce half cup
  8. Get Ketchup half cup
  9. Get 1 cup Chkn stock
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp Flour

  1. Veggies: add 2 tbsp oil for spring onions ka white part carrot add karain phr capsicum phr cabbage mix karain phr soya sauce oyster sauce chilli sauce black pepper salt and vinegar and mix it
  2. Manchurian : marinate chkn in flour corn flour salt and pepper and fry Add 2 tbsp of oil Thn add chopper garlic phr chilli garlic sauce half cup ketchup half cup soya sauce oyster sauce sugar salt vinegar chkn stock and cook when gravy is ready add fried chkn it must be added at the time of serving ]
  3. Rice boil rice as simple method add water in pan when boiled add salt and Thn rice and cook until they cooked
  4. Mayo sauce add half cup mayonnaise and 1tbsp of Salan masala and mix it
  5. Speghti boil water add oil and salt and Thn speghti and boil it for 5to 7 minutes
